After my mom left, Bruce and Leesa arrived for Grandparents Round 2. They were lucky enough to be here on a weekend that McKenzie had a gymnastics meet and Kelton had a soccer game. McKenzie had a nice clean meet and even though her scores weren't quite where she wanted them, she still ended up 7th in the all-around and came in second on her team just behind Denali. I have been so proud of how consistent this girl is.
When we came home the light hit her podium jacket just right as she walked down the hall and turned her into a human disco ball. She was not amused, but the rest of us were!
The men all went to the soccer game. There were some kinks to work out since this was the first game of the season but Kelton is getting the hang of his position and is still loving his team which is all I can ask for.
