Earlier this spring Cambrie went to a workshop at Planks and Paint. She loved it so much that as she was driving away she thought to turn back and simply ask if they were hiring for the summer. It's not easy for a 14-year-old to get a summer job, so Cambrie was thrilled when they offered her a position! It has been the perfect job for her. She can ride her bike to work. She has a flexible schedule. And the best part is that she gets to craft all day long! Sometimes she helps with kid camps, sometimes she helps with personalized projects, and sometimes she gets to help with group workshops. She is so happy at work. I wish all summer jobs were this perfect!
